About The Event
This free event will be filled with Ikebana arrangements from 4 schools of ikebana; Ikenobo, Ohara, Saga Goryu and Sogetsu. Live demonstrations daily by master teachers Sandra Hatcher, Ikenobo at 11:00 a.m. and Kika Shibata, Sogetsu at 1:00 p.m. We have vendors with asian influence merchandise for sale, including flower arrangements, and vase sale. A free kids table to make arrangements will be open from 2 - 4 p.m. daily, raffle table and more. Come learn about Ikebana, meet our community and help keep the arts alive in Sacramento.
