The theme of this demonstration and workshop is Nagare - The Flow of Water. The seven landscapes of Saga Goryu Ikebana will be introduced and the significance of water in the arrangements will be discussed for registered participants in this demo./wksp. Participants will create a scene of a Marsh.

About The Event
Susan Kasa is a senior member of the North America Chapter of Saga Goryu Ikebana located in Portland, OR. and an active member of II Chapter 1, Washington DC.  She obtained her shihan (teacher) certification in 1980 and her seikyoju (professor) certification in 1991, both in Tokyo, Japan. As a member of Saga Goryu North America Chapter, she participates in their annual fall and spring exhibitions and  has also taken part in demonstrations presented at the Japanese Embassy in Washington D.C., Northern California and the Midwest.
The theme of this demonstration/workshop will be: Nagare - The Flow of Water.  The seven landscapes of Saga Goryu Ikebana will be introduced and the significance of water in the arrangements will be discussed.  This program is for registered participants for the demonstration and workshop.  Participants will create a scene of a Marsh, one of Saga Goryu's seven landscapes.  Additional information and instructions will be given to registered participants.
